If I just want to go into the water park to watch, Do I have to purchase a wristband?”
Yes, everyone in the water park is required to have purchased a wristband. We will however make special case exceptions for elderly patrons, as well as for those with disabilities. Ask for the manager on duty if you or someone in your party requires any special accommodations.
Do I have to purchase a wristband at the park or do I purchase individual ride tickets?”
Our water park requires wristbands for all patrons and our dry activities require individual tickets, both of which can be purchased at the front desk.
If I cannot use all my tickets, can I use them on a future date?”
Tickets purchased in house are for the day of sale only, but in emergency situations or bad weather we will issue rain-checks. Unused online tickets do not expire and can be used at any point in the future. Jungle Rapids does not offer refunds.
If I purchase a Best Buy pass, Do I have to use both dry activities on that same day?
Yes, we ask that all activities on your Best Buy wristband be completed by 8:00 pm.
Can I participate in dry activities without a shirt or without shoes?
No. Due to safety concerns all participants must wear some type of shoe (Climbing wall requires closed toed shoes). Dry shirts are also recommended for all dry activities.
If it rains on my visit, can I get a refund?
WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS. Some dry attractions may close due to rain and or when lightning is in the area (Exam. Go Karts or Jungle Golf). If your dry activity closes as a result of poor weather we will issue you a 30 day rain-check immediately or allow you to trade your outdoor activity for something indoors such as Laser Tag, The Arcade, or The Climbing wall.If the Water park closes due to thunder or lightning we will wait (1) hour before we issue rain-checks (Many storms come through and pass in 15 to 30 minutes). If we cannot re-open within one hour, we will issue water park rain-checks to all patrons who have been in the water park for less than (3) hours. These water park rain-checks will be valid for one full year from the date issued.
Can I drop off my children?
NO! Jungle Rapids requires that all children under the age of (16) be accompanied by an adult.
Can we leave the park and come back?
Yes, Just keep your waterpark wristband or Kids jungle stickers on while you are away and you can return to either attraction anytime that day.
Can we rent towels at the Water park?
No, we ask that you bring your own towels.
Can we bring outside food or coolers in to the park?
No, coolers or outside food are not allowed in Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park. Our Big Splash Cafe offers a wide variety of on site food concessions. We do however offer a small picnic area located in our parking lot, feel free to use this area to consume bag lunches and other outside food.
Do you provide floatation devices at the water park?
Yes, We have hundreds of tubes and mats available at no additional charge to you.
Do you provide Life Jackets?
Jungle Rapids provides Life Jackets for all children under 48 height who will be playing in the wave pool.
